Ha, yeah, there certainly is a mindset you have to get over with non-refrigeration milk (even though I buy mine and store it in the fridge).

But it really is nuts how many chemicals are pumped into food in the US. Though, I find the number of people defending the chemicals (with known connections to cancer) even crazier.
