Ha, yes, unfortunately most of my food experiences in Chile involved copious amounts of mayo and bland guac (it's truly impossible to go from Mexican guac to anything else). Though I did go to a nice little dive in Valparaiso and had the house seafood stew. Very good.

ahaha, greatest in the world. And I promise you, winning the World Cup did not help in the modesty department.
