Honestly, I was really, REALLY hoping I'd connect. The digital nomad visa is pretty easy to apply for, English is spoken (after living in Latin America for 3+ years I would welcome that), and I could bring my dog. Really it was the lack of being a viable dog destination that ultimately did it in for me. It did feel like an excellent location if you like people watching though. Probably one of the more diverse places I've been to in a while.
