I actually also had it for my scalp to handle some skin damage. I just go in when they tell me to (but could probably just call and tell them when I want to come in). I believe you'd need a doctor to prescribe it, but I doubt that would be very difficult (I tell people all the time to visit Argentina for a week or two and just take care of all the medical services you need for the year. Save a boatload).
