I agree. Sometimes it's good not to be first to rush out with so many nomad/investment visas. While it's great to bring in outsider money, it's still important to not price out locals (a hard lesson I think Lisbon has learned). Not that I have any insider information, but I think that entire Adriatic Sea eastern coastline (Croatia and Albania, for example) are going to see some nice returns in the coming years and decades.
