I don't think you're going to find a Euro lifestyle in the larger US cities, but it certainly is plausible in smaller ones. I lived in Savannah for 4 years, and it's more "European" than many of the European cities I've visited. Drove maybe once a month, cafe culture is next level, carless blocks. I've traveled rather extensively throughout the States and I'd probably say it should be at the top of anyone's list looking for Europe in the US. LOL, minus affordable healthcare and housing, of course.
