I think for some it might be true, but, at least for me, I often have five or six articles in various forms of submission with pubs, so I can't see if there are correction requests (had a few publish, had zero clue until I received an email notification), and other attached issues. Although I will say I can get a bit uneasy when prolonged issues pop up as it can be only the tip of a much larger platform iceberg.
