I think you're right that some places will fill up. However, I do think a number of countries just don't have that name brand "sex" appeal. Bring up a country like Albania and loads of people will assume you're going to a part Soviet, part Middle Eastern country. So I do believe some of these countries will, at the very least, remain affordable because the name itself won't draw people.

You're 100% right about the healthcare death tax in the US. It really makes sense to retire to a country with quality, affordable healthcare. I think I'll try to dive more into some healthcare content in upcoming articles.
