I'm sure in some sectors it is more a problem than others. Although I'd doubt it comes close to the near 50 million people who willingly choose to be skilled freelancers. If there's a middle ground I'm all for it, but as it stands I have to take Biden for his word, which is his support for AB-5. Because if AB-5 went national, it would hurt far more than it helps (and the reason why I wrote this). It would be refreshing if he said AB-5 was a wreck...but he hasn't, which is why it worries me as someone who makes 100% of my income as a freelancer and who would have lost 100% of my income under the law.
