I'm sure it depends on the exact product and the country...but one thing I've encountered almost universally when talking with people who have moved abroad, is that bedding is terrible in other countries. Not sure why that is, but it's not good.
And if you want clothing, decent quality/cheap doesn't exist. It's either higher end/expensive, or cheap/will fall apart instantly. I think there's a reason why you've never heard of a cheap Italian clothing company. The good stuff is luxury, the cheap stuff is garbage.
And over-the-counter medicine sometimes is a nightmare to try and find. There are added protections for certain things, but most of what I purchase back in the States would be fine in Europe. Either the brands aren't available or it's hard to find.
