I'm sure there are some fantastic hosts out there (and some really amazing locations). Sadly, my experiences weren't great...at least for long term stays. I have been seeing a growing frustration with the services, although these frustrations seem to come out of the increasing cleaning fees (combined with chore lists) some hosts are implementing.
