It might be incorrect for me to say entirely Argentina. But Buenos Aires specifically, yes.

The best way I could put it, from my understanding, is most everyone has very tight social circles. A tight social circle of school friends. Tight social circle of work people, of family, etc. Because it's so tight, it's very difficult as an outsider to work your way in without some kind of connection. If you work with someone, have kids that play with their kids, are in the same club, there, there's your in. But without it, it's very difficult.
