Not necessarily. Despite the message news outlets push, there are very large pockets around the world that view Trump favorably. Balkan nations (outside of any former Soviet and communist pockets) very much support Trump (Albania, for example). He is also popular in many South American circles.

My experience is, outside of maybe 5-6 power European nations, most citizens of the world are, at the very least, accepting of who someone in the US voted for (and, honestly, much of the world doesn't really care).
