Oh, I'm sure it's possible. But these €1 homes are probably not want the average home flipper is interested in. Working with local contractors it would probably take a good 2 years to renovate some of these homes (and you'd have to be paying Italian taxes to qualify for the tax credits too, so I don't think the average slum home flipper would be interested in the time and resources).
