Oh yeah. It 100% takes a leap of faith. But I have yet to hear someone say they regret it. There are naturally some drawbacks, but I've found the pros far outweigh the cons (even if it is just a temporary thing for a few years to help save money and pay off things). Life is too short to be always stressed.
