Ohh, yes that is a good point. I'll need to look into that and maybe put together an article. My experience, at least after living in South America for some time, is that unless there are unique medical condition needs, you can receive exceptional care...as long as you're near a big city. I've heard really great things coming from people who moved their elder parents down to Medellin, Colombia (for example). But I haven't looked at some of these European spots, so I'll try to look into that and provide resources.
