The publication is Sex and Satire, so there’s naturally going to be tongue and cheek references (i.e. the subtitle). The publication is all about sharing interesting, unusual, or funny sexual experiences. Also, you’re leaving out some of my context and focusing on other information. I didn’t say I specifically go slowly because a woman is self-conscious. I said it’s to build anticipation, but it gives some woman who are self-conscious the opportunity to say they don’t like anyone down there. I also didn’t say there was any odor.
