This comment! 10000%. Medium changed everything to be “follower" based. But when I publish my 3k followers don’t know it. Can’t see it (I’ve asked). So not only can followers not see us, but we can’t find new people. I won’t even get into the total monetary tanking that’s taken place since the changes.
