This is meant to be a snapshot in time. The reasons behind why it’s over aren’t important, just that it’s over. Bogging down the story with unnecessary bulk would sink it. As the title indicates, it’s not about the nuances behind why a relationship ended. It simply focuses on the ending (which is also why 39/40 comments thus far are especially positive). As for more background info into the actual relationship I’ve put out a good dozen or so stories about it, all of which can be found on my profile.
