Those are some solid points. If you want to move about Europe it's well worth just going to the cheapest/less cumbersome visa (this is better if you're in love with Italy and only Italy). I've been telling people to check out Latvia if they want faster residency, or Albania for a super cheap spot (I have a feeling Albania is going to start seeing a nice uptick in expats and nomads in the coming years).
