Yeah, I think you really nailed it, Chris. I've lived in South America for years now more out of necessity than anything else...but many (family included) take it as a prolonged vacation. So yeah, on one hand there's some "luck" involved, and on the other there's so much more going on than people know (even if you've explained it).

And yeah, living somewhere else or anything like that doesn't stop all the bad. My grandfather had Parkinson's and that was difficult (so I feel for what you've had to go through), and on top of everything else you've gone/are going through.

Bob Dylan sure knew a thing or two when he said keep on keepin' on.
