Yeah, there are many things I like about the US...but outside of family/friends it's almost all just convenience things. Buying everything from one store, garbage disposals, stuff like that. And while I do like a good garbage disposal or classic pickup truck, not going broke at the doctor and not worrying about whether the movie theater will be shot up are far more important.
