Yup. That pretty much sums it all up. One of the things I greatly miss about the U.S. is just being able to buy the general medicines without talking to anyone. Sometimes you don't want to talk to a pharmacist about what's going on. Describing a wart or a chapped butt isn't a fun thing to do...so whenever I go back to the US I basically buy everything, just in case.
